Clause 1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
- "maya4" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and gaming service operated at https://maya4.cam, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
- "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the maya4 platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
- "Operator" refers to the company and its affiliates that own and operate the maya4 platform.
- "Services" refers to all products and features available on maya4, including sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot games, and all other games and functions accessible through the Platform.
- "Funds" refers to any monetary amounts deposited into, held within, or withdrawn from a User's Account.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by maya4 to Users, subject to specific terms outlined in Clause 5.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by the Operator to confirm a User's identity and eligibility.
- "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
Clause 2 Eligibility
Access to and use of the maya4 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the Services. maya4 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older.
- Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted. You bear sole responsibility for determining whether your access to the Platform is lawful under applicable local laws.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
- Single Account: Each individual may only hold one active Account on maya4. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
- Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with the Platform or any other gambling operator. Users who have voluntarily self-excluded must not attempt to create a new account.
Clause 3 Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To access the full range of maya4 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address, phone number, full legal name, and date of birth. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. maya4 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
maya4 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to authorizing withdrawals. You may be required to submit copies of one or more of the following documents:
- Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)
- Bank account ownership confirmation for withdrawal accounts
Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.4 Account Termination
maya4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
Clause 4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
maya4 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following approved methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. maya4 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–6 hours, subject to KYC completion and security checks. maya4 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where fraud is suspected or where Account verification is incomplete.
4.3 Currency and Conversion
All transactions on maya4 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). You must not use the Platform to conduct financial transactions on behalf of third parties. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering or other financial crimes will result in immediate Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
4.4 Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where a technical error caused an incorrect charge. Such claims must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction. Approved refunds will be returned to the original deposit method within 3–5 business days.
Clause 5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by maya4 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, in addition to these general provisions. Where a conflict arises between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement before the bonus balance or resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30 times (30x) the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 requires Rp 3,000,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is authorized.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
maya4 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk or lay bets to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in coordinated activity with other Users to exploit promotions.
5.4 Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. Unused bonus balances will expire and be removed from the Account automatically upon this deadline.
Clause 6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Acceptance of Bets
maya4 reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued to the User. Until that confirmation is issued, no binding bet exists between the User and the Platform.
6.2 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or obvious pricing mistake, maya4 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant stakes. Winnings resulting from such errors are not considered valid and will not be paid out.
6.3 Togel and Lottery Games
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are determined by the official draw outcomes of the respective international lottery pools (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau, and others). maya4 is not responsible for the conduct of the underlying lottery. All results are final once officially announced by the relevant lottery authority.
6.4 Live Casino
Live casino games are conducted by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi). Results are determined in real time by human dealers. maya4 accepts no liability for connectivity issues, streaming interruptions, or disputes arising from dealer conduct, which are governed by the software provider's own terms.
Clause 7 Responsible Gaming
maya4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your Account settings.
- Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and time-outs.
- Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
- Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. During self-exclusion, your Account will be deactivated and you will not be permitted to create a new account.
- Reality Check: Receive periodic notifications of the time you have spent gaming during a session.

Clause 8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the maya4 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform
- Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
- Accessing the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order
- Operating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform
- Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization from the Operator
Clause 9 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the maya4 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, website design, software, content, graphics, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to the Operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the Operator's intellectual property without prior written consent.
T he Platform and its content are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.
Clause 10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maya4 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
Without limiting the foregoing, maya4 specifically excludes liability for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the Platform
- Interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or third-party service disruptions
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain password confidentiality
- Inaccuracies in odds, results, or game data caused by third-party data providers
- Betting decisions made by you that result in financial loss
In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, the Operator's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
Clause 11 Privacy
Your use of the maya4 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Clause 12 Amendments
maya4 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Where a material change is made to these Terms, maya4 will endeavor to notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your Account.
Clause 13 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated. Any disputes not resolved through mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Users accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. The Operator makes no representation that the Services are lawful in your jurisdiction.
